The CEED Group facilitates a few other highly specialized training programmes, especially in partnership with value-adding training organizations with skills in the special areas of interest. Some of these special areas are: aviation management and aircraft support services; security systems and services; financial and investment services; ICT & Internet solutions; special education; business consulting; and special careers and life skills.
4. Customized Training Workshops
The customized trainings facilitated by the CEED Group are usually in-house workshops that are tailored to suit clients’ needs, specifications and opportunities. They are therefore designed to support organizations in particular areas of their developmental needs. The aim is to develop areas of weaknesses and to plug avenues for possible losses. The focus and expected outcomes of the workshops are therefore largely dependent on the clients’ needs.
