Effective human resource development and management is therefore critical for and central to a company’s success.

The human resources development activities of CEED International is based on the understanding that virtually everyone has the potential to succeed in life, if provided the right environment for the unlocking of their potential and the opportunities to express themselves. Therefore in our interventions, we encourage individuals to make positive changes by taking personal responsibility to make a difference in their own lives and inspire development in others.

Our goal in the training of core personnel is to nurture the development of constructive change in their interpretations and responses to internal and external workplace dynamics. The desired outcome is the creation of a workplace environment, which stimulates full engagement of all team members as active builders and stakeholders. We go beyond the motivation of staff, to seeking personal transformation by addressing the causes of fear, inhibition, low productivity and stress in the workplace.

3. Facilitation of in-house workshops, as well as constructive team building     programmes specifically developed to address areas of concern and     improve personal and corporate performance. Our facilitations are     typically focuse on creative resource management strategies,     improved client services, better communication techniques, effective     team building strategies, and business activity restructuring.
