Many budding entrepreneurs and small business owners/managers start off with a lot of passion, enthusiasm, energy and optimism but soon become bugged down with “entrepreneurial seizure”, helplessness and frustrations. This usually happens when they are faced with the realities of the tough challenges involved in building and operating a business, especially in highly competitive markets and difficult economic development environments. This need not be the case.

CEED International operates an entrepreneurship development and business mentoring programme for budding entrepreneurs and small business owners/managers in particular. The aim of the programme is to facilitate within these groups of people, an enthusiastic business management capacity building processes that overcome the internal and external challenges around them.

Our focus is on the development of the proper personal and business foundations for repeatable business profitability. It is also based on the understanding and manipulation of the “axis of business success”, to ensure their business sustainability, consolidation and expansion, even in difficult circumstances and tough business environments.
