CEED Properties is a fully owned subsidiary company of CEED International. This property investment and management company has since its formation in 2002, established partnerships with highly experienced property developers, project managers, estate agents and financiers to offer investors, homeowners and property traders unique opportunities in the vibrant South African property market.

Our Capacity

Together with our partners, we have over 30 years of combined experience in property development, management, finance and investment brokerage. Some of these have also been spent in the property development markets outside South Africa. With specific regard to South Africa, CEED Properties and partners have committed themselves to providing clients with the best investment options. This is due to our ability to handle a range of investments in the residential, retail and commercial sectors. Our clients are local and foreign property investors, homebuyers, sellers and developers.

CEED Properties is strategically positioned to assist foreign and non-resident investors in particular to source and manage investment properties and opportunities.

We understand that a non-resident investor would normally spend little time in South Africa at any given period. We therefore assist genuine foreign clients with property lettings and management, relocations, disposals, financial advice, mortgage brokerage, legal advice, Aliens Acts applications, and several other areas of assistance where possible.

Property Listings and Opportunities

CEED Properties collaborate with other developers, property consultants and estate managers to project-manage the design and construction of property development projects to clients’ specification and hand over at completion. We are currently active in property development activities for both local and foreign investors. Our activities are in different parts of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town, with limited activities in Port Elizabeth and Durban.

In certain instances, we assist clients in locating and purchasing vacant plots, as well as uncompleted or run down properties suitable for demolition. We remain confident that the client’s return on investment in the completed project will be worthwhile, depending on the property location, size, and amenities.

Property Portfolio

There are several properties presently available for viewing. Prices of properties available typically vary from about US$ 93,000.00 to about US$ 1.43 million. We list properties for sale as they come into the market. There are others that are either cheaper or more expensive than those listed. We are able to source properties according to the needs of a prospective buyer and/or investor.

An area that CEED Properties recently become more active relates to the purchase, renovation, sales and management of repossessed properties, for which there is a growing demand.
